Plan of Care timeline

Consultation
Thirty minute discovery call to answer any questions and get to know your therapist. After this call, you will know what level of in-person and/or virtual care is appropriate for you.
Evaluation
Typically 90 minutes, your therapist will deep dive into your medical and symptomatic history to provide the best possible treatment. You will be coached on a home exercise program to give your recovery momentum.
Follow-ups
Whether in-person, virtual, or a combination, your follow ups will be designed for your quickest progress possible. The cadence of your visits will be determined by your preferences and your therapist’s recommendations.
Measure Progress
This will be an ongoing focus, but monthly “check-in’s” are more effective at measuring progress and the effectiveness of your treatment journey.
